InterCare is searching for a Health Center Manager  to join our team in Eau Claire!  The Health Center Manager assumes leadership and operational responsibility for the assigned InterCare Health Center.  This individual is a member of the management team and joins other organizational leaders in the continuous pursuit of the triple aim (care, health, and cost) and an aligned workforce through positive engagement with others.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Maintains high performing medical and dental health center teams and effectively supervises assigned employees.

  • Functions effectively in clinic leadership including planning, execution, decision-making, coordinating, innovating, directing, and evaluating.

  • Assumes overall management responsibility for assigned clinic.

Experience and Skills:

  • Experience working in primary care or medical setting with leadership experience to provide a strong support team that will deliver great customer service, high quality patient care, and communicate needs in a fast paced environment with the team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or health care administration, nursing or other related field required.
  • Candidate is required to have at least five years of experience in an administrative or supervisory role in a healthcare delivery system.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills. Ability to function well as a team leader and have sound understanding of practice management principles and practices.
